Community Overview

West Orange Girl Scouts is a volunteer-led community supporting Girl Scout troops and leaders across the West Orange area. We work together to ensure girls have meaningful, safe, and engaging Girl Scout experiences while providing resources, guidance, and connection for the adults who make it happen. 

Our community is made up of troop leaders, volunteers, and a small Service Community leadership team (all volunteers) who collaborate to:

• Support troops at every level, from new leaders to experienced volunteers

• Coordinate community-wide events, trainings, and service opportunities

• Share information, resources, and best practices

• Strengthen connections between troops and the broader Girl Scout movement

We serve as a bridge between individual troops and Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, helping leaders navigate opportunities, requirements, and support while keeping the focus on girls’ growth, leadership, and fun.
